Select Machinery Refurbished Press Description:

 A Select Machinery Refurbished Press, is a Used- As/Is Press, constructed to match our

buyers exact configuration requirements.

Generally these Press lines will be constructed of one or more existing Presses from our

inventory, with additional units & modules added to meet the Press buyers required Press

configuration.

 

              The following description is the basic procedure followed for a Refurbished Press:

              Press is cleaned with compounds & rags

             Outside covers not of the same Press color will be painted to match

 Press nomenclature plates are replaced with new

 All Press units inspected and tested to insure operational, a missing or broken part

             that prevents operation will be replaced.

             Motor & Drive package inspected

             All water motors will be functional

All Rubber Rollers will be NEW, Copper rollers inspected and repaired if required

All Press Cylinders inspected in the Offset Unit, major damage that prevents normal

operation will be corrected.

Air & Electric systems checked

 

A Select Machinery Refurbished Press is a clean & operational used Press, built to match

a buyers exact required configuration. The cost is well below that of a Fully Factory Rebuilt

Select Machinery Didde Press.

Individual optional work on Refurbished Presses such as: New Motor & Drive Packages,

Rebuilding & Chroming all Cylinders, Dry Ice/Steam Cleaning, Full bodywork & painting.

Rebuilding Side-Frames, etc. can be quoted as requested.
