A Select Rebuild starts with the basics: All Track is Disassembled & Checked. If its not perfect it is replaced with Track that is
 

 

The existing Motor & Drive Package is replaced with a NEW American mfg AC-Motor, and ABB- Digital Drive Package. Performance & Reliability are much improved.

  

The Console is modernized with Digital Counters and improved operator layouts.

 

The Offset is Completely Rebuilt & Improved from the Sideframes out

     

Improvements to the units:

Replacing Copper Rollers with Nylon

 

 

Rebuilding existing Dampening system or Replace with a New Select-Flo 3-Roller Continuous Dampening system

 

Replace the existing and troublesome Didde Disconnects with new style units

 

 

Add Spacers, Turnbar assemblies, Compensators, and new style Web-break detectors,To your exact requirements.
