Didde Unit Exchange Program-Offset Units:
As a
manufacturer Didde Web Press continually tried to improve their basic
press line.
This is
really only an issue in regards to the Offset Press Units, in particular
the Continuous Integrated Dampening systems.
Over the
years Didde used Three basic systems; Dahlgren, Quad-Flo, and finally
Tri-Flo.
Dahlgren did
not change much in regards to the Didde Press lines, however there are
four
distinct Quad-Flo, and
three distinct Tri-Flo systems
that we have found.
The only way
we are able to be certain the type system you have is to get an
accurate copy of the parts
page from the Offset-Section of your manual, and/or some type of photo
of the operator and gear side of the Offset with the covers down.
Many units
match easily, some must be modified, and some should not be
combined.
At Select Machinery we do all possible to insure that adding press units
to your Press is as trouble free and simple a procedure as
possible.
